How do you know she's not anorexic? It's not like there's a big neon flashing sign that says "I HAVE ANOREXIA" above you. She could be naturally thin, she might well starve herself.

I dont think the anorexic quote was made offensively, i think it was just a funnier way of saying 'she looks like a thinner version of queen boudicca' right?

It just really gets my goat when someone gets all uppity about saying someone is "clearly just thin", usually in order to make themselves feel validated in being thin or whatever

Unless you know the person in question and are familiar with their eating habits, there's nothing clear cut about it.

TOUCHY SUBJECT. I would bet a single groat that he was in fact turning a phrase and did not mean it in any literal sense also.

She does look a little too skeletal for her own good...but I guess people can be just built like that. Like Amy said, no-one can be sure.

Yeah true but i've had comments of that nature directed at me for many years now and frankly it just gets on my tits.
