Its a nice sunny day outside and I only just noticed.

*sound of door shutting as I go out*
Mary had a little lamb its fleece was coloured red
The reason for the colouring was the axe stuck in its head

Why is this freaking you out?

Because there seems to be less and less work for Biostatisticians by the day. I also decided to give consultancy a go, this could prove to be a really good time for consultancy (loads of very short term work) or one of the worse mistakes I have ever made! I have a nasty feeling about this though.

I guess I need to ride the Walrus. If I made a mistake then can always start back from square 1.

Just over 2 months til I move away and its gonna come by so fast. Got pretty much everything sorted (except a job) but still lots of little things to do..and what with working full time all week then plans at the weekends, the weeks fly by and its hard to find time to finish sorting things. The time I do get I just wanna chill out. Gah! Can things just SLOW DOWN FOR A MINUTE!! :|

Scored 36 on an Autism-Spectrum Quotient test, where eighty percent of people diagnosed with autism score 32 or higher. :|

(Test is here if anybody's interested: http://www.wired.com/wired/archive/9.12/aqtest.html)

I scored 29. I think that means I'm not autistic, just odd.

I doubt these tests are reliable at all tbh.

It only points out behaviour that's associated with autism - it says at the top of the page that some people return 'autistic' scores, yet have no problem functioning in every day life, as autistics might.
I have trouble answering the phone or answering the door, and because I like order/categories and find it easy to memorise dates and numbers, I obviously scored high on the test.

yeah, it seems like someone who is a bit anal about organization would be counted as being likely to be autistic.

14.

I'm far too talkative and social to even have worries about being autistic.

I haven't started packing.

Know the feeling.

Confession:

Public transport scares the daylights out of me. I'm ok on busses but I just can't do the underground at all. I litterally brick it everytime I have to make a journey. Most of the time I just trust my bike.

That test is cringeworthy as hell. I scored a 6.
