Only watched him in the UFC, got found out there after a few fights.

still won the title, and that isn't easy and he's a legitimate fighter at least, lived the life, did it right and had respect for the craft, and for that I have respect for him, and he great to watch if not only because you know at any time a pulled punch could well and truly end up as a proper one in WWE

I think any UFC fan would see him as a gimmick rather than a legit fighter, one dimensional (run in, knock them over, sit on them then ground and pound until the ref stops it) oh and he doesn't like getting punched in the face as Velasques proved
Dana White seems to have turned the UFC into a bit of a shambles, yes it's as popular as ever but it doesn't seem to have any values at the moment, it's almost getting like, dare I say it without upsetting some people, like the damn wrestling which is just steroid freaks dancing around the ring to a script

I wouldn't say it's lame as such mate, I know it's a crass argument which has been going on for years but IMO there's no way a boxer could ever defeat a cage fighter unless it was with a lucky sucker punch or summat. It wouldn't even be a stand up fight, end of.
Used to like boxing years ago but don't really watch much of it now.
