Absolutely, try and look as presentable as possible. Once you get the job, then try your luck and see what they find acceptable.

Never, and I mean ever. Listen to those numpties who think that style and 'identity' (and all sorts of social outcast buzzwords) is the most important thing. The most important thing is the money you'll be earning in the job.

When my girlfriend worked in McDonalds apparently some of the workers there had stretchers taken out for their shifts, i just wondered if i can get away with the same thing since i wont be arsed to stretch my ear again

you should be able to take it out for shifts, the important thing is it should always be clean. even if you're on the tills you're working with food, so i would say take it out for the interview but maybe just ask them about it

Ask. Probably better to see how they feel about it up-front rather than get a chewing out down the line.

Just watched a video for Kansas - "Carry on my wayward son"

How much hair did their violinist have? That can't be normal.

Had one of them mornings where you wake up thinking 'where am I' and 'what did I do last night'. I still don't remember much of the end of the night, but I keep finding little reminders..like items in my bag that are now broken, one of my paintings defaced and glass everywhere . What the hell was I doing? fucking alcohol

Is it normal for some AC Adaptors to make a high-frequency, just about audible whine?

Very tasteful, those six year old girls dressed like hookers and dancing like pole dancers without the pole. Call me old fashioned but since when does a six year old need to have a spray tan for her first communion?
As for the tart in the pompom dress  Love the accessory fire extinguisher though

Shows how bored I was last night to be watching such dross :(

I was at my friend's flat with another friend and she decided to put it on because "It's bound to be funny for the wrong reasons."

It wasn't funny, it was horrifying! And I think the three of us share being old fashioned with you Kate, I'm terrified watching a bunch of six year olds more highly sexualised than the three of us 20-somethings!

And yes, the fire extinguisher  though why you would want to wear a dress on your wedding day that necessitates being shoved through doors by four family members is beyond me.

The thing that annoys me is how they seem to have an entitlement complex. They think everyone should treat them with respect, but they have none for other communities in this country. They are happy to use all sorts of slurs, but if someone was to call one a Pikey?

The children dressing 'Spanish' was a way too much too, Last week they talked a bit about Grabbing, that also looks awful too

Part of me still wants to watch it next week though.
