Though I can't help but feel I've still a bit of a way to go. I'm still hovering around the 15 stone mark, and there's still a little bit of a belly going on. But I'm a lot happier appearance wise than I was.

I was 19st 7lbs when I started loosing weight. I may have lost a pound or two at that point, but certainly over 19st.

And I'm 5ft 11 in height.

edit: I think in terms of BMI I need to loose 2 and a bit stone more to not be over weight.

The face is the quickest place where I tend to lose weight I've noticed. I've lost half a stone (only a measly 10 stone now ) and it dropped from my face rather than anywhere else.

Initially diet (girlfriend did slimming world,and I just followed her lead) and excercise (mainly running 4 and 7km, 2 out of every 3 days), but then I've had trouble with my gallbladder and gallstones and I've probably lost over a stone on the two times I ended up in hospital. Since getting out of hsopital I've not been exercising, but I've been cutting fat out of my diet as much as possible before I have the operation to remove the gallbladder. So various factors, but diet has been the consistent one.

Sounds pretty sound (bar the health problems though - hope you're feeling better there!). I totally need to change my diet and start exercising again.
