Thing is, Santino is actually a really good wrestler. So was Eugene. Trouble is, they've been given comedy gimmicks which are way more important than wrestling talent these days. (If you can call being mentally retarded a comedy gimmick)

Santino has full control of his gimmick though , Eugene didn't , and they left him no wriggle room , you can't suddenly become normal,if you are metally challenged
