Cookie needs to learn how to construct a grammatically correct sentence.

Can't stand the Wychwood ales anymore, too bland. Joseph Holt always make good ones though and Maple Moon is one of my favourites along with Fifth Sense.

Harviestoun Bitter and Twisted, though I'm sure everyone who drinks ale knows that one, is another great one.

Broughton Double Champion is another one I used to love but haven't had in a while.

Evan Evan's Warrior is my favourite Welsh ale, well worth a taste if you're in Wales.

From the bottle, definitely. Draught Hobgoblin's still yummy though.

Humdinger and Old Peculiar are among my list of favourites. Abbot goes down nicely too.

I tried Double Drop once before and I remember it being a lot nicer than it was last week when I had some
If it sounds good, listen to it

Absolutely not. Theres very little variance in ciders. Dry and sweet/good ciders and Strongbow and thats it. No discussion to be had.

Edit 2: Oh and the very poor ciders, worst than Strongbow (Jacques, Koppaberg, etc)

Very little variance in ciders... you're joking, right? Seriously... have you actually had more than a couple of decent ciders? I'm meaning things like Addlestones, Westons Premium Organic, Green Goblin, Old Rosie etc...

Oh, and about the only things worse than Strongbow are Blackthornes and any white cider... blech!

Yep, ive had all apart from Old Rosie. Addlestones is sold on tap at Scruffies and gives me a banging head, so aye not my favorite.

Edit 1: Hand on my heart right, the best cider out is Frankfurter Appeler.

I'm 30, I still think ale tastes gross though.

Hahaha, fair enough...and I cant get into rum whatever the look. I nearly got arrested in Greece because of Bacardi and the dark dark stuff, I can only enjoy if its got those spices in (Sailor Jerrys for example vanilla).

Y'know I cant see this thread is going to survive as an ale thread. Ive made a few of these booze related threads in various forums and it often turns out posters compete against each other with impressive booze stories, and close runnings with the law.

Fucking proles. Might as well just down nothing but shitty imported lager if that's the way they're gonna look at alcohol.

Tonight was a disappointing session, though Otley Dark-O was nice. Dark-as-it-come stout, but drinkable.
