Since you were posting about getting into exercising again, if you feel like you are going to binge eat something go for a run/cycle/do pull ups etc. Try take your mind off it?

Thanks for the suggestion but it never really works like that, that only ever seems to work temporarily. Plus it doesn't make the binge cravings go away properly, I'd still have the thought at the forefront of my mind.

I don't have the need to binge yet anwyay, I'm just worried that it's going to come back because I'm becoming unnaturally aware of what i'm eating again. If it does then chances are I'm gonna need antidepressants again and I'd rather not go back to that :(

Well I know it's not quite that simple, but thought since you were exercising again it might have been worth a shot. Oh well, hopefully you find something that helps that isn't antidepressants

Nah, when it comes to stuff like this, it's probably best to keep exercise out of it. I used exercise as a way to ignore hunger which only led to bigger problems than binge eating :P

Neither can I - needle goes in, nothing comes out, and then I pass out.

I swear I remember you telling me a story like this at Bloodstock, that you had to have some form of jab at work or something similar.

But work is your jab (if it's a proper jab) ;)

That'll be why I remembered it amused me then, no offence meant of course.

Someone I used to be in a support group with has died of her anorexia. Barely knew her, but cuts deep :|

Was meant to be meeting up with an ex girlfriend on Friday, with who I thought everything was cool with. Just been told pretty outright that she doesn't want to see me any more.

I can probably get why, but still would've been nice to hang out.

A man directly in front of me in the checkout queue in Sainsbury's collapsed. Right in front of me he lets out this almighty groan and topples backwards, landing really hard on the back of his head. He looked about 6' 5" and heavy set so it was quite a whack, I can still hear the sound it made. He lay there unconscious for about 10 seconds with his eyes and mouth wide open before coming to and trying to get up, leaving a huge puddle of blood behind on the floor and his hair all wet with blood. When he was being attended to I went to the self checkouts about 20m away. Turned back to see he'd collapsed again. Last thing I saw as I was leaving was him being put into the recovery position.

It's been on my mind all afternoon, he looked pretty old, about 70+, I really hope he's ok.
