I get irrationally angry spells about once a month, I think it must be a man period?

Happened today when the cash machine in the shop round the corner was broke, the one in the other shop had some glipe using it who couldn't figure out why his money wasn't coming out (despite it clearly saying insufficient funds) and I had to walk 5 minutes to the next one crossing over the only road in Belfast I can't jaywalk across.
