Suarez got eight matches for multiple alleged uses of racist language (four matches for the first use and an additional one match ban for each subsequent use iirc). Suarez's punishment was clearly outlined in the FA's report. With all the people asking why Suarez got a longer ban (including members of the media), it makes me wonder how many people actually read it.

With only one witness which was Evra who has used the race card on previous occasions, most notably at Chelsea groundsmen, and has caused numerous problems in the French team. I wouldn't believe him if he said the sky was blue.

Terry should not even have been charged by the FA as he had already been cleared by a court. You should either have a legal case or a football case depending on the severity, not both.

Why anyone would want to read FA reports baffles me. Bitter Blue I take it.

I'm a red actually. Just explaining the FA's logic with regards to the length of the bans.

And Evra didn't play the race card in the Chelsea case, someone else (Mike Phelan I think) claimed they heard someone say something racist towards Evra.

People might want to read the FA reports to get a better idea of what was alleged to have happened. Most people I talk to about it have no idea about anything to do with the case and just regurgitate misinformation given out by the media.

Good god this is getting boring now. How long has this been going on for now? nearly a year isn't it. Some footballers are cunts, shocking. Move on.

Two separate things - saying a racist word isn't a crime unless its proven to be in a court. However, racist language is against the FA rules and Terry has been judged accordingly - that he used racist language is not is doubt as it was in his testimony, but it wasn't proven that he contravened the Public Order Act. The FA tribunal is no different to any professional person being held to account by their governing bodies who have their rules that govern the job - RIBA for an architect or a solicitor to the SRA - they don't need to have commited a 'crime' to get fined.

Good :D

"Forced to resign" is his way of trying to get the sympathy vote for being a crap manager.

Three things that made me laugh today:

1. Suarez being pushed over and elbowed in the head but still not getting a penalty.

2. Arsene Wenger's little rage pirouette after Giroud missed.

3. Fergie complaining the ref didn't give Utd enough time to score at the end.

Sometimes i wish spurs could actually have a match where it read Our Goals - 0.

If i'm honest having AVB as your manager actually makes me want you to fail every game...but if you fuckers could at least beat United in every game you play them in that'd be grand.

He can't run, tackle, defend, or position well, but good lord Kolarov is a free kick monster.
