Rumours are that we're after Marlon King, as if we didn't have enough strikers already...

In worse news, Michael Appleton has announced that Bradley Orr will return to the squad once his loan spell at Ipswich is done. I thought we had rid of the useless half-wit (there is also bad blood between the fans and him due to some remarks made at the end of last season). I don't know whether to laugh or cry!

Looks like he'll be going, we're more financially fucked than I expected. Virtually our whole first team are up for grabs. That's us going down. Been nice knowing you.

Seems Zigic and Butland are on the move soon, Butland has a good career if he throws his lot in with a premier league club that isn't QPR or Villa...(who are more like future championship clubs than premier league ones).

Oh well looks like Villa will have 2 leave the 'Micky Mouse Cup' till next year. Still they made history, 1st side to loose a major cup semi final (over 2 legs) against a side 3 divisions below them!

Laughing because you don't reckon their going or because you've reached that hopeless feeling where you may as well laugh because it's easier than being pissed off?

I hope you're not suggesting that ol' Turbs is a Villa fan...

I got the impression he was a birmingham fan? hence losing players like Butland (and to a lesser degree Zigic) to other clubs may be annoying for him.

Or more likely as a brum fan he enjoys Villa losing?

Bugger. Villa won.
