Best it's been in ages actually, we actually have a backroom entirely committed to the team, the harmony in general is so much better. When we became a new team this year the new chairman put money in to fix up and ground and also has made it more of a community team with regular meetings with the fans to let everyone know what is going on. League wise we are third, 3 points behind top (with a load of games in hand over second place) so we stand a good chance of promotion as well. Which for a team which technically only formed this season isn't bad.

Any idea what part of the pyramid you'll go into following promotion? I had the chance to go to Kings Lynn with Whitby Town in 09, but was unable to go for some reason. To be honest, the Evostik could do without trips to Kings Lynn again, Chasetown is far enough.

Southern League Division One Central I think, it's all changed since we were down that low last time and I get confused easily.

Congrats to tottenham but i would never want redknapp as england manager, to obsessed with the big names and he's obsessed with buying any central midfielder.

From Gennaro Gattusso's Wiki page a few minutes after the game:

Gattuso is a cry-baby nonce and in has a beard widely regarded as one of the most ridiculous in Europe. Apart from that of his wife.

See, that's the depressing thing. Just as we've got ourselves a decent manager and are starting to go places, we're going to lose him to the national team. He's already said he wouldn't turn it down if offered, and Spurs have said they won't stand in his way :-(

Who would you like as England manager?

At the mo im unsure, Sam Allardyce would shake things up but i know wouldnt be popular, Stewart Pearce same thing I reckon but may be more popular. What we really need is someone who will come in and take out all the dead weight like Lampard, Gerrard (gonna get crucified for that) Glenn Johnson, Barry and wright-phillips he may even bring back beckham after still thinking he can cut it, may be good for club but they just suck when it comes to playing for england. But Redknapp is someone who wont shake things up as much as id personally like admit he'll be popular tho. Anyone else notice that England dont have many centrebacks coming thru who are a threat in the box like terry and ferdinand are?

A good away win has put us on 35 points now. Survival is looking ever more likely :) (*touch wood)

Also I'm warming to Pardew as manager now. Something I never thought I'd say.
