Nice to know the dingles still can't behave even when they finally win one.

Still, it's just another sign of how far Venky's have dragged us down. Champion's League in five years they said, Kean will be the next Mourinho they said

Pardew got an additional 60k fine, and then 3 matches banned from the entire stadium, followed by 4 more away from the dugout.

So Kaboul's red card has unsurprisingly been rescinded. But that still doesn't wind back the clock and put us back in contention in the Chelsea game. True, the introduction of Oscar at half time had helped them massively. But at one down, we were still in it. Two down and with ten men, the game was over.

If i were the referee:
- the first Willian yellow was a yellow card
- the second Willian yellow wasn't even a foul.
- the ramires red card was an easy red card. It's unfortunate because i think at the pace he was traveling at he couldn't stop in time...doesn't make it less of a red card though for me.
- the Mourinho pitch invasion was a justified sending off for the manager too but he should have sent Lambert away too because they both entered the pitch.

I'm sorry, but am I the only one who didn't see this coming beforehand? Moyes was an average manager at Everton, and his negative tactics really don't work at a place like Old Trafford. Fergie used to set out teams to go for the jugular, as opposed to Moyes' sit back and get battered tactics.

Yeah, those grinded out 1-0 wins all of last season sure went for the jugular.

Adam Forshaw named League One player of the year :D

Pleasing for him as he's my favourite Brentford player and many of us have been saying all season he's a Championship player.

Even more reason we need to go up though so we can keep him

A grand total of six games out of 54 in all competitions. Every team has games like that. Liverpool have had a few, as have City, Chelsea and Arsenal. The United team last year was weak compared to that of previous years and conceded a lot of goals. The difference is the Fergie team would attack continuously until the the end and attack effectively, something Moyes doesn't seem to be able to do.

gandalf the red wrote:The problem with United is they haven't replaced the players that have retired (or are washed up like Rio Ferdinand) over the last three years or so. Scholes, Giggs, Neville, Van Der Sar, etc.

Looking at the games it seems that Rooney and Van Persie are the only ones really doing anything. The goalkeeper is OK and has saved them a few times. But it seems they need virtually a whole team.

Pretty much. Unfortunately Moyes bought no one decent over the summer and then spent £40m on a player in a position they already had filled.
