i can see his point about this weakened team stuff cus i mean whats the point of having a 25 man squad if you cant use it! to quit over it though seems a bit strong, but since he's said it im guessing he doesnt want to go back on his word.

and how have man utd never been fined due to putting out a weakend team? and dont give me they got a strong squad bollocks, we all know fergie does it, the problem is its the fergie mafia at work

Aye, I agree that it's a strong reaction, but fair play to him! It's ridiculous that he's been fined!

Absolutely, Man Utd, and the other big clubs in the league won't get fined as the FA want to keep them happy. It's one rule for one, and one rule for another.

What did he get fined for, exactly?

Fielding a 'weakened' team...

Anyways, Torres is 'willing' to go to Chelsea, which is transfer speak for him saying "WAAAA I WANT TO LEAVE THIS HORRIBLE PLACE AND PLAY FOR A GOOD TEAMMM!"

That's fucking stupid, all premier league teams do that.

Can't imagine Torres in blue, but I wouldn't reject the idea either  Although if he did get sold, he' probably get injured in a week or something.

That would suggest they might be going to sell Torres if they have that kind of cash to splash all of a sudden. It's a shame, as I fucking hate Suarez. I can't see him endearing himself to the Anfield fans either, he'll be the next El Hadji Diouf I reckon.

If the notoriously reliable Talksport (cough) is to be believed then it's actually a pointer that Torres is staying because Suarez supposedly said he wouldn't sign if Torres was sold.

What's wrong with him? (I don't know anything about the fella so was just wondering why you don't like him / think he'll be the next Diouf?)

He's a cheating, diving, whining, sulking prick. I hate players like him, regardless of how talented they may or may not be

He was recently nicknamed The Cannibal after he bit a PSV player on the shoulder. 8)

His real nickname is El Pistolero.
Boring.
I prefer the Cannibal.

Well Torres went one step further and actually requested a transfer, only to be told no by Liverpool.
