It's as if they thought that just by turning up they would win.
Seemed like they had no visible game plan.

Will Spain do their usual 1-2-8 formation?
Surely they have to play one game where not having a striker will hurt them?

Please let that be tomorrow!

The Germans were just scared.

Before people call Spain boring, they should notice the 10-0-0 Italy play on sunday against them.

A team in blue playing 10-0-0 against a stronger team playing possession football and I'm not supporting them?

This could get confusing.

I'm for Italy

1) Makes the Germans look better losing to the winners
2) Really don't want Spain to be the first country to win 2 Euros (and 3 major tournaments) in a row

(So no real reason based on who's better, I just want Italy to win :P )

3 major tournaments on the bounce vs 4 world cups and 1 European cup.

Hmmm.

I just hope it's a good game. With goals.
That get's done in the 90.

upfront? they don't HAVE an upfront...still with Villa STILL injured i suppose i'd rather throw on 6 midfielders than rely on Torres

Spain Vs Italy? Has penalties written all over it in theory doesn't it? a team with a reputation for ultra defensive play vs a team who have a reputation for loitering around with passing the ball till the other team get bored and stop trying.

It was a decent game when they played a couple of weeks ago. I find Spain a really, really boring team to watch so I'm missing the game, and hoping Italy win.

couldn't agree with you more to be honest, although it's a final so i think they're both going to be much more careful. Annoying as that is when i thank back to the highlights of the last world cup final...the fouls.
