Spurs complete Gudjohnsen deal

Sky Sports News understands that Tottenham have signed Monaco forward Eidur Gudjohnsen on loan.

...

I'm okay with this. It's just on loan, and it's not like he's a bad player.

Crouch, Defoe, Pavlyuchenko, Keane and Gudjohnsen? How many strikers do spurs need?

We've got an injured Torres, an inexperienced N'Gog and an occasional Kuyt.
4th Place isn't looking too good at the moment.

Well Keane's been abit off, and Pavlyuchenko isn't getting any action, be it from the other three being better or just because Harry doesn't rate him.

I am both a Newcastle United fan, and a Lancaster City fan! :D

Things are looking good for me this season with Newcastle top of their league, and Lancaster are top of theirs too after winning 18 out of 20 games so far! :D

Makes a change to see my teams do so well.

Lancaster are the top scorers in the whole Unibond North/South/Premier. Fully expect to see them in the Prem next season.

Can't see Liverpool making 4th at all, I think their mediocre squad has been their major problem.

Inexperienced indeed. I know he's young, but it seems to me like he's just not a very good player. I don't see him ever being a great striker anyway, that's for sure. Kuyt is lovely though, he works his little booties off.

Yeah Kuyt isn't bad.

A little workhorse but not a great striker which is why he was drafted out to the right wing where he's far more effective. He's only told to go upfront now as a last resort.
