Seconded. I've seen 1 good Colin Farrell film - in Bruges. I find him incredibly tedious so I hope the producers and directors force him to act.

Doctor Who was the worst episode this weak. The writer had clearly been watching Oceans Eleven and the director every cliche possible. I'm glad they ditched the terrible camera work and music pretty quick. The episode was saved by Peter Capaldi who I think has been brilliant so far.

I thought the new Who was excellent, myself. Easily the best of the series so far and proving my assertion earlier about them appearing to get better with each episode.

Sons of Anarchy has started its final season entirely as expected. Double-crossing, backstabbing, murderising, and horror porn.

The climax to the second season of Under the Dome was fucking hilarious. PLEASE bring this back for a third series. It's just so shit.

Nice to see Joss Whedon laying down his mission statement for season 2 of Agents of SHIELD in the first five minutes of the show:
"Go dark".
We already have done, Joss. We already have done.

Did anyone watch the whole of the first season of Penny Dreadful? I watched the first episode the other night and found it fairly decent, just wondering whether to bother carrying on.

Currently watching "Marvellous", which apparently aired on BBC 2 last night.
It's about the life of Neil Baldwin, the kit man for Stoke, played by Toby Jones (of Captain America's Arnim Zola fame). Absolutely fantastic.

Started watching the walking dead on netflix, just finished episode 4 of the second season. i only have one question. why does rick continue to wear his uniform and hat, as if being a sheriff means anything anymore?
there are a couple of people i want to see die already, either for being evil bastards or just being a bit annoying.

It seems to be more of a girly TV show so i wouldn't proceed unless you like to watch half dressed men and men getting it on.

New Shield :D very much enjoyed the first episode of the new series. Interesting directions they're taking with certain characters.

The Simpsons Guy.

I was pleasantly surprised, I thought it was going to be a pile of shit. Loved some of the self referencial gags ("Let's just agree to stay a half hour a week...with a pile of garbage between us"). Fight scene was an absolute cop out.

Family Guy - 9/10 (Surprisingly good, I appreciated a lot of the meta jokes, and the 2 James Woods  )

Boardwalk Empire - 10/10 (Holy shit what a good episode, everyone needs to watch this show)

im onto season 3 of the walking dead, and where i was enjoying it through season 1 and most of season 2, i fully see why people rave about it so much. from the last couple of episodes of season 2 right up to where i am now it has been excellent.

I'd go 8/10 and 9/10 respectively.

"See, I'm a family guy"
"I understand. I'm a the Simpsons".

Further proof that less Chalky and more Van Alden makes Boardwalk a better show.
Only 4 episodes to go now. :(
