Appalling night's sleep after the funeral yesterday.

Been really unwell since Saturday. On top of the cold, sinus headaches and nausea I''ve got terrible dizziness and disorientation any time I get up and do anything, even if jsut to the kitchen or toilet. Started on the train to Birmingham for Rainbow last week, but had a few drinks with some friends before the showand managed to ignore it, but completely zoned out for the whole support set, pulled myself together for Rainbow, but was feeling mega shite by the time they finished. Tried to walk to work today (only fifteen minutes) just because being at home on the sofa is so dull, but time I got there I felt like I was going to be sick/pass out, and I hadn't even made it to my desk before I was told to go home, so got in a taxi. Signed off sick until end of the week. Most likely miss death to cancer 2 on Saturday - if I can't handle walking round the house I'm probably not gonna handle a ten hour metal all dayer - was meant to have a tattoo repair done saturday morning to.

And it turns out Entombed Ad/Voivod, Alcest AND Wardruna on 17th November all clash - it also happens to be the day I fly out to Oslo to see Mayhem on the Saturday. Mental.

1 dried plant part.
5 or 6 washing machine load's worth (probably) of water.
