Well done Kim!

I need to start exercising regularly again.

I walked 15 miles yesterday on the Mansfield-to-Nottingham leg of that NHS march yesterday. Surprisingly, I've only got one minor blister.
All right, so I MADE a mistake! ONE MISTAKE!
Can't a man start over?! Do I have to keep on PAYING?! HUH?!
Maybe I should make another mistake! ...maybe TWO more!

After about 3 weeks of stumbling and low losses, got myself back on track this week and dropped 4lb.

Down 50lb overall, aw yus.

Survived another Spartan Race with what has to be my best time yet. Failed at the monkey bars and the free climbing rope though :(

Despite the ridiuclous amount of vodka consumed last night, I lost today.

Managed to hit the goal of 5 stone down for the year.

Now we try and maintain through 2 weeks of booze, and turkey and stuffing sandwiches.

Probably worth allowing yourself a little lee-way between now and the 2nd of january I'd say. Avoid going on a rampage of eating 'because christmas' but be nice on yourself to do a bit of end of year face stuffing without feeling bad about gaining a couple/few kilos back over the period.

Sorry if that came across as patronising/stating the obvious!

Or just use "Broscience" and claim you're bulking in winter before shredding down in summer ;)

My macros are carbs and fat so I'm bulking on cider and stuffing :P

And yeah, that's pretty much my thought. I'm not going completely off the rails, but I'm not going hard on the calorie counting again till the 2nd.
