Though don't feel offended when we don't take you seriously until you have been driving for 3 years and over 25 years old.

I can barely drive as it is, won't be giving out advice that's for sure.

Hahahaha. Well, it hasn't worked its way to the other end. Shall report back in the bowel movement thread. Might wash it down with a bit of Newcastle Brown Ale because I am a fearless bastard.

I had it in a burger place in Manchester a couple of weeks ago, chips smothered in baconaise and topped with bacon bits :)
You should try being dead...

Well I do hope you enjoy it. I do (generally) very much. When I was 17/18 I remember saying to my parents that I did not wish to drive, but retrospectively, it was the best thing I ever learned to do - really glad I stuck with it, but sounds weird, but I prefer driving Europe... I think this island is too cluttered with cars, in Europe its alot more laid back and other road users are generally nicer. In this town it makes no difference how fast I drive (and I am more than prepared to put my foot down), ill still have someone securely jammed up my tookers.

Yeah it's getting more fun/less god awfully stress inducing each time I go out, so it's a positive sign haha. Just gotta get used to my car now, it's lighter but got a larger engine than my instructor's car which is annoyingly ironic considering I'm the last person to go all boy racer.

You'll find that you'll go through a period of loving your time on the road as you learn how to deal with traffic, go to new places, drive long distance for the first time. After that, you'll grow tired of idiots and plain cunts and you'll grow tired of a) driving with said cunts, and b) driving by how you learned and you lose your logical good habits and replace them with illogical bad habits because it'll somehow get you through the traffic better off.

I'm currently going through the latter period.

Enjoy yourself and stay safe mate, and congratulations on passing your test
If it sounds good, listen to it

I am booking my 2013 festival ticket tomorrow. Got to admit I am booking this about two months before I planned to, but that's life.

Edit: Or not. I am thinking of waiting until friends are likely to go or not.

Had a load of time this morning so took the scenic route into work, parked up on top of a hill and saw a lovely sunrise wash its way down the valleys.
Got an early finish, went to KFC for lunch and had a leisurely drive back home.
Now sat with a nice cup of tea. The world is grand.

Celebrating with much wine after landing myself a nice part time job, a 5 minute walk from the flat, just in time before my course starts in 2 weeks :)
