Met and had a few drinks with a friend I haven't seen in 2 years today. Used to play cricket with him, then he moved to Oman, Back in the UK for a few weeks and he came down to the cricket today. Mad Aussie.

The Wirral Whipiteres Roller Derby won their first ever bout today, It was fucking immense. Words cannot express it.

The friends I've made, the positive things its done for me. I love them all.

Having a super good gym session put me in a really good mood and got me thinking. This time last year I was incredibly depressed working in a pub, my binge eating disorder was totally out of control and was destroying my social life. I even arranged my own birthday meet thing in London but ended up cancelling because I felt too shitty to go.

NOW I'm a Le Cordon Bleu graduate and actually have job prospects, I have my own stinky Jamie for company, anti depressants have sorted out both my depression and binge eating and while I still don't have the figure I want yet I've got seriously into weight training and now that my eating's so much better I can finally begin making real progress. PLUS I'm 20 next week, am having a big party that I have no desire to cancel on AND I'm getting bunnies in 2 and a bit weeks Funny how much can change in a year!

Had a great weekend with my cousin. Have arranged a loose plan to go visit her in Lyon some time next year. I do hope all goes according to plan in Germany because I would definitely like to visit again.
