I gave my brother a lift to college this morning and stopped off for petrol on the way back. I was charged £8.41 for £25-worth. :D

I have nearly finished my personal study, it counts for 40% of my history grade and reading it through I'm well pleased with it.

I got new guitar string again, now I can shred 24/7 again and let rip with my fast scale runs

I've been practising my legato playing and I think I've finally found a decent technique for sweep picking (needs more practice though)

oh and I learnt arch enemy - the immortal without solos in an hour!!!

I bought myself a new car. Well, new to me at least. It's 28 years old...

We had a practice today, and we went through a new song, and it came together in 5 minutes. Working title is 'Cry For The Sun' (not actually Epica related), and the only thing that stops it from being power metal is the lack of double kick. It's sooo happy!
