We got the entirety of our deposit back from our old estate agents. Nice little chunk of money to dump back in to my savings (rock and roll).

Missus came to mine the other day wielding lots of meat she bought from her local abattoir. I love cheap, delicious meat. And now my freezer is stocked

Finally moved the blueberry, plum, elderberry and blackberry wine from the fermentation bin, pressed it and it's now settling in the demijohn for a few weeks. It made over a demijohn's worth so I had a large glass left over to sample its progress. God it's tasty! All this is in preparation for the apples and a few pears collected a couple of weeks ago, to be pulped by my Dad and dumped in the fermentation bin. Might mix in some damsons too.

Mead also needs bottling up soon as it's finished working and is settling nicely.
