What did you start doing differently to get there?

I wish it had been as simple as just going and doing stuff differently. Essentially: eat consistently at a caloric surplus, not using weight, food and exercise as a barometer of my self worth and ultimately being happy about who I am. And that's putting it really really simply but I'd rather not go into details.

Sounds gloriously easy, but it's taken almost two years and sacrificed a masters degree, two relationships and countless opportunities in order to focus on it properly and I'm still not there yet by any stretch of the imagination.

Fell asleep on the sofa on my side with my knees tucked up. Woke up a while later to find the cat had wedged herself in the nook of the back of my legs and had fallen fast asleep.
