Last night was one of the best nights out I've ever had. Farewell drinks as I'm off to Australia tomorrow night.
When I got there, I was told to close my eyes, so I (reluctantly) did. When I opened them, 10 people wearing masks of my own face were staring at me. Most hilariously terrifying thing I've seen in my life. As the night went on, people decorated them, so we had Pirate Cag (my friends call me Cag btw), Zombie Cag, Cag (drag) Queen, Peter Criss Cag, Harry Potter Cag and my favourite of the night, Andrew W.Cag.
Also my friend Lola put together a scrapbook of quotes, photos and messages from my friends all over the world that very nearly brought me to tears. It wasn't quite finished and I'm getting the actual finished product tomorrow, which I'm certain will open the floodgates.

So sweet (if a little bit scary at the same time!)

WMMHT: Managed to find some jeans for Joe without around 10 years of moaning AND they were really reduced. Also, the Lego Movie but that was yesterday.

Okay, I've basically finished this presentation I haven't to give to my office tomorrow. I've managed to include a Charlie Brooker clip and quote Aaliyah in it, so it might be a bit career-limiting, but whatevs.

Now I just need to try and remember what to say... ugh, public speaking is the worst.

Just make a speech like Don Draper. It doesn't matter what you say, but your impact will be so heavy that they'll be all like "Shit, have some money and a bar in your office! Also, you have an office now."

There was a parcel waiting for me at home. Turned out to be another comp win! 1 of 100 Taylors coffee sets including 4 mugs, a cafetier and a bag of coffee.
If it sounds good, listen to it

Trains are running on my line again, thank god. Otherwise I'd have an extra two hours travel ahead of me today.

My right ear has been completely blocked for the best part of a week. Thought I was going to have to get my ear syringed but after almost a week of garlic cloves and poultices it finally popped earlier today and my hearing has returned to normal.

Very boring story but it made me very fucking happy.
