What has made you happy today
Re: What has made you happy today
I wanted to go to that but remembered it was my sisters 18th so couldn't make it. One day ill see them! Hope it was a good one.

It was so good. The lads played amazingly and the atmosphere was fucking fantastic. It was so nice to see so many people, and I did the usual thing of dragging people back to my house to sleep on my sofa

Indeed it was. Not only were Seven Sisters on form and putting on the best live performance I've seen from them to date, but Ascalon and Fist were both strong, too. Plus getting to see everyone was a bonus as well.

Ah excellent. Defo jel. Who knows next time I hope.
Speaking of plans I have been running hot and cold on BOA since I got my ticket...despite it being months away...drove right past Lichfield railway station and it all came back to me. Even the bargin booze tucked in around the corner from it. Made me smile. Brought a bit of enthusiasm back.

Aye, cheers for that, and the water! Hangover didn't unravel itself until I was on the coach with the heater on full blast.
I expected Seven Sisters to be good but not that good. Might be going places if they keep that up.

Going out for a drink in Walsall of all places with some guys I haven't seen in years on Saturday. Also my Ark clan members so we're probably going to be talking about that all night! Should be mint.

Doing the trade show circuit at the moment. Normally I have to Fly from Nürnberg straight to Birmingham but for the first time in years there is a week break between shows.
EDIT: forgot to mention, high possibility of flying out to the New York one next year, all expenses paid

Re: What has made you happy today
Had a really good night in Walsall, good catch up. Got smashed, got chatted up which I cold shouldered on purpose. Watched a Hitler speech and four am I was asleep. Feeling it now though.

After 3 years working in a call centre for an online retailer I just got offered a new job back in the public sector.
To cap it all I haven't handed in my notice yet and my current employer just offered out £2k each if we want to leave. That is Ramblin' Man Fair and BOA paid for!

despite awesome month on the other side of the world, im happy to be home and back to normality of sorting out insurance and taxes etc, as fucking odd as that sounds. I don't even have any desire to go out and see any other people.
