We went to a bring your own cocktail bar last week (basically you bring a bottle of spirit or two and they use all their bitters and syrups to make cocktails ) - it was amazing and just discovered they have one in London we can go to before Enslaved

The Brighton one was amazing it was hidden in the lanes and all the blinds are drawn so you have to knock to get in they take your coats then lead you to the basement and it's only lit by candles . You sit at a table get out your booze (we did gin rum and prosseco ) and the guy makes cocktails all night for you. It was a really cool atmosphere as the music was all 20s music and the cocktails were same quality that you get in a bar you pay 10gbp+ for

My alarm didn't go off this morning so I overslept and missed my gig. Seriously fucking awful, it was an important conference, so I had to be replaced.
I thought I'd be chucked off the books for good, but the manager actually said 'it happens' and that he'll call me again, so fucking PHEW.

Spent the weekend in Glasgow watching the filming of the new Robot Wars. From what I've seen it's looking really, really good. Going to be well worth a watch later in the year.

^ Kinda related in the Glasgow shit, mate up there in squaresausageland seems up for a meet up at some point over next weekend. He's going to get his shifts in on Monday and we'll sort something ooot. Still pretty determined to go direct Glasgow Airport - Edinburgh for a few snaps and a pint. Genuinely looking forward to it now.
