Making Succotash - no sufferin' involved in either the making or the eating.

So, Succotash...what is it exactly?

Basically, beans (traditionally Lima Beans, but I used Broad Beans) and sweetcorn cooked with onion, red pepper, some butter and a little vinegar (you can also add cream, but that's optional). The recipe I used, from "Momma Cherri's Soul In A Bowl Cookbook", is well easy.

Driving lessons are going OK and I'm still happy from a good day out seeing Esoteric and Charger in Manchester on Sunday. Now all I need is for one of the jobs I've applied for recently to come up and things might actually be back on track for me.
