4 days off work once i get this last half hour done! and going to see Children of bodom for the 3rd time this year on Monday, with bonus shows from machine head and Slipknot! happy days :D

Made plans for New Years Eve for the first time in 3 years. Going to a mates who bought 101 Greatest Power Ballads on CD for the occasion. Everyone loves Journey.

Don't know how I'm getting home from Birkenhead to Wallasey but I'll get drunk so walking becomes a good idea. :yes:

I've only done something for the new year once before but this time I'm taking my gf off on a hiking trip around Chester.

I used to be really up for doing things on new years but everything is more expensive and twice as crowded. I'd much prefer to have a nice chilled night in with my friends. I think I may be getting old haha....

I've actually had a constructive sunday. I got up early-ish, did some shopping in town (and actually bought what I went for), tidied and sorted out my shit tip of a room, did some drawings/paintings for my little art project and still managed to watch Star Wars!
and its work xmas do, then destruction next week!
and its... less than 2 weeks til I can see the boyf and go to edinburghhh

whey, im strangely happy considering the time of day

We're spending three nights up there from the 29th. Will be bloody freezing but should be a laugh.

Yes I am :P I'm looking forward to it! Taking pics, having long walks with my bf on scenic hills and trails, meals out, and a lovely few nights in a hotel with him ;) Gona be super I think! Even if Chester is naf, still quality time together :)
