I finished exams yesterday and although the last one didn't go too well, I had an awesome day of drinking way too much. Fun day! Best thing, I didn't wake up with a hangover today.

The lamb sauce I've made for dinner is smelling gorgeous, I can't wait to eat it.
Also Moonsorrow have made me happy today.

Virtually slept all day and complimented my laziness with cheese on toast with reggae sauce for breakfast.

Virtually slept all day and complimented my laziness with cheese on toast with reggae sauce for breakfast.

Levi Roots' version of that is quite interesting. He toasts the bread on one side, turns it over, spreads the untoasted side with a tablespoon of his sauce, spreads two tablespoons of mayonnaise on top of that and finally puts around 50-60g of cheese on top of the mayo before sticking it back under the grill to cook. The mayo makes a big difference, it's well nice.

I'm happy because today is the second last day I'll be working on this particular project at work, a project I've become rather sick of. I have a mountain of work to get through by tomorrow, but then at the end of tomorrow I'll be freeeeeee! And then next week it'll be a whole new project that I'll eventually get sick of too
