I've been listening to Extreme all day, and playing Total War :D

Life is good.

Good man.

WMMHT or whatever the acronym is; this regular at my dad's gym has invited me to come up to Monnow Valley Studios and meet producer Bob Marlette (worked with Alice Cooper, Airbourne and I think recently with Heaven's Basement among various others) all because I was wearing an Alice Cooper shirt when working the reception desk last week :)

Just been for a 7 and a half km bike ride.

about 5km round it started absolutely bucketing it down.

so we did the remainder at high speed in the rain.
:D

might sound odd to some, but i love the rain.

Today it's exactly a month since I arrived, and even with the things that didn't go the way I wanted them to, it's been a good time overall. :)
And to be honest, I think the next month is going to be better, might (hopefully) find a job etc. Also, new laptop's coming tomorrow, managed to get it for ~£150 less than it normally costs because there's a scratch on the casing. :D

After a couple of months working on a rather uninspiring film, I just found out that I'm going to be starting on the remake of Clash of the Titans tomorrow.

We're doing a lot of the CGI for it. I'm really looking forward to the project because it's not very often that I get to work on something I'm actually interested in.

Work not texting me.

I'd like work, but this means I can crack open some booze and watch some stuff on my computer.

Had a good night with a few people from work. Made some cool plans to keep me busy over the next few weeks too.

Spent the last of my money, but it was worth it.
