Okay, fuck science, that sounds amazing. My mate Paul has a year round pass to London Zoo that his girlfriend got him for his birthday - needless to say, I'm extremely jealous.

I'm back in London next week, I already know what I'm squandering my food budget on.

New SIM card on the way. The amount of companies that have somehow got hold of my number over the last 6 or 7 years is getting annoying.

Aw, pants. Guess I could always just go during the day, drunk and with a boombox. It'll be the same experience.

A few of you may be aware that this summer I have an ongoing court case. My fiancee's old landlord withheld her bond saying damage to property, without realising I used to work for a major housing charity and thus know several housing lawyers. So we took him to small claims court.

the hearing was today. The old landlord didn't even turn up, so we won by default, and the judge basically explained to us how to inflict maximum damage.

They don't take kindly to people not showing up.

tbh London Zoo itself is kind of pants because they moved all the best animals to Whipsnade.

Marwell Zoo is the best ever

I've never been to a zoo, apart from when I was really young. I dunno if it would make me sad at seeing them in cages or whatever, so I'm apprehensive.

I've just been reading the various enforcement measures we could take if he hasn't paid within the 21 days. They range from a simple sending the bayliffs round to freezing bank accounts (which as he is self-employed really does fuck him over). And him not turning up to future hearings becomes a criminal matter with arrest warrants and the like.

For the sake of a £200 bond he could now really fuck himself up.
