Asthma attack made my whole respiratory system way too painful to do anything other than spend the day in bed, so I took the day off work and got to have a lie in
And my new iPod turned up. YAAAY!

Try having a nervous, medium-sized, spaniel/rottweiler cross decide it wants to sleep in the same single bed as you. Especially when you awake from sleep to find something heavy lying on top of you, panting.

Crunching numbers for the socio project. Its such a thankless task but at least there seems to be some differences, which is allways better to talk about than no differences.

Ex's shit of a cat used to tuck itself in behind my legs when I slept because I'm like an oven. The rest of its time was spent hissing at me. The number of times I wanted to punt the little bastard into the Spytty Road at rush hour.

My cat was at the vet's today for his annual check up and injections. Our regular vet was on holiday ... so the locum saw him and pronounced him in 'marvellous condition', especially for his age, and NOT overweight as I had feared but 'just right'! ! He's an senior boy of around 11 we got as a rescue from CPL around 4 years ago! I was like a proud parent!

A few jars at the Country Club, reducing a load gaggle of Arabic students into fits of blushes and giggles at the mall when I smiled and said Salaam and seeing an entire neighbourhood surrounded by riot police with 40 mike mike tear gas launchers.

Found the eyeshadow set I wanted!
Dress, tights, eyeshadow. Getting my hair sorted out tomorrow. NYE is looking vaguely ready to go!

I have been shopping and I have returned with two dresses, a cardigan, three pairs of tights, two hair flowers, a pair of shoes, a new mascara and a new copy of Fifth Elephant. And I only spent £65. Impressed!
