Good music. Just been enjoying it lately and I'm slowly converting a mate into the brotherhood of metal.

He still hates harsh vocals so I'm slowly but surely weaning him into it.

Discussing this years money with parents (I'm only 17).

I owe them money for bloodstock and girlfriend stuffs, but I'll be getting about £120 a month, which is lunch money plus child benefit. I intend to stop eating lunch (easier said than done), so I'll be making a profit by the end of october, with which I can start saving for working boots, and finally start to buy lots of cds to catch up on bands I love.

Playing 3 great gigs in 4 days and recieving such a good response from all 3. Especially the Black Cross in Bromsgrove who were the nicest hosts we've ever played for, and the most appreciative crowd I think we've played to!

My CDs arrived! Only took 10 days, ordering from Germany. Far superior to the 3 week+ wait of Earache (that used to be next day delivery?!). I'll definitely be using metal blade again!!

I'm babyproofed for another three months, I have £170 in the bank (the first time I've been in credit since March) and another £150 on the way, I'm listening to Cheap Trick :yes: and I'm going to Stockholm in December for the low low price of £10 return.

Today is good.

I think people should listen to Cheap Trick every day to make them happy! Always works for me!

WMMHT ... my mum gave me the new Ikea catalogue! Looking forward to browsing later! Also got offered some overtime at work for Saturday! :yes:

edit: I really enjoyed college today. I think it's because I'm actually putting my mind to it and applying myself to the courses that I'm taking. I am, honest to God now, going to work harder than I've ever worked in my life these next 2 years. I need those A levels, then I need to get the fuck out of here.
