I'm back home for a couple of days (my first nights spent away from Chris since moving to Chester D: ), then it's my birthday tomorrow, then I have to work one day on Wednesday which marks the end of my notice period...then I have a week of holidaying with Chris. Fuck yeah.

Also weighed myself today, I've lost 7kg since moving out! People keep commenting on the fact I've lost weight too. Clearly the chef diet works a treat!

Only 8 lessons left to write until I have no more teaching / prep until September (aside from 8 afternoons in August that need 0 prep). Nearly two months off

I woke up to a facebook message informing me that when I visit friends in Hannover, that they're taking me to the brewery when I arrive, then an amusement park the next day Hopefully the following day I'll go to some local wine market/festival thing, then I leave for Headbangers Open Air. Now I'm getting really excited for my trip; I leave next Thursday evening

Breweries often have food facilities and I recommend the Leberknödel mit speck (bacon) sauce if they do it. Don't forget to pronounce the umlaut, leber is liver, knödel is a dumping but a knodel is rabbit poo so yeah it's important! I didn't even like liver before I tried this, and now I think (in this form) is superb. Still not sure id like normal liver though.

Completed the teacher training course so no more college and assignments = free time

Just managed to scrape a first in the rushed essay I ended up having to do on the same day as my maths exam. One last even more shambolic essay attempt to get the results back for, but should hopefully have averaged out at a first for the year.
