Edguy has been bringing joy to the lives of many arabs around here today. The airforce guards didn't seem best pleased as I drove on to the hangar but everyone else on the mean streets of Dammam seemed to enjoy it whether they wanted to or not!*








*I do tend to be a bit more culturally sensitive and make sure it isn't blasting out loud. Buuuuut it's weekend!

Prom night last night, but we had dinner with some friends and then hit the pubs instead. It was ace! I have a horrible hangover, but it was worth it. This also resulted in some awful photos of me, but meh, /care.

See, I might train it if there is no dying need for me to drive. If friends need booze transported, or a particular someone needs a trip from Southwell to Birmingham like he normally does, then ill drive. If not, train. Means I can drink on the last evening.

Travel in Copenhagen is so cheap compared to Sweden and even London a 24 hour travel pass costs 70kr (about £7), is valid for 24 hours including night times because the subway runs all night, is all four zones, includes subways, buses and commuter trains and allows you to go to the airport.

This is cleared up my Denmark budget considerably.

Everything else is so expensive though! Bonus is that practically every eating place is an "all you can eat"

I've never been to Copenhagen properly before, just transferred at the airport. So if you've got any suggestions for things to do that are cheap/free (I know most of the museums are free entry and I'm not interested in Tivoli) then I'd love suggestions

I'm not in Copenhagen until the 13th June, and I'm only there for one day. If I was there for longer I'd definitely train it over to Malmo but I just don't have the time

I got given loads of mini samples of the new Chanel mascara this afternoon (thanks to a very good friend ).
