What has made you happy today
Re: What has made you happy today
Obligatory phone call from home as they are an hour ahead. I saw Craigs message. Definitely doing the message from the future next year but I wont be 10 hours ahead, only an hour.

And in a short 2 minute speech the argument against gay rights has been shown up. Watch it all. Trust me; it's fucking brilliant.

Having a Welsh shower before going to the shops wasn't a good idea, Lynx is fucking digusting. Had a proper rinse in the shower and feel much better for it before I go out on the bike.

Re: What has made you happy today
Yes, I was seriously offended by myself.
Also, Jaffa Cakes.

After spending the entire of Sunday either in bed or on and around the toilet, then only eating two rounds of jam on toast and Dominoes pizza in the past two days I'm surprised I managed to get round on my run this morning.
But a time of 46 minutes for a 10k given the above conditions and an reccurance of an old hip injury is rather pleasing.

Howwwwww! It takes me an hour to run 10k when I'm feeling good. I hate being a slow runner
In similar news: woke up with no hangover and have been out for my first run of 2013. Feels good.

Back at home. It's nice seeing family, but it really makes you appreciate your own place more.

Naked new year. Everyone got topless for the last 20 mins of 2012.
Was weirdly bonding.
