Runnings pretty easy for me.
I just take a few jogged steps and a natural Newton's cradle effect on my flab jiggles force me forward.

One thing I always suggested when I was a coordinator for something called 'Charity Challenge' was that if people wanted to do something but not for our main charity then they should think of something personal to them.
For me it would be the local Hospice because they do great work helping people with cancer and I was glad my nan was in there before she died. A second would be Help for Heroes.

Cheers for the advice Azubi, im thinking something along the lines of either a hospice or teenage cancer trust or something because one of my mates of a mates has just been diagnosed with something bad. But ie, i'll make sure its for a good cause

Making decent progress with learning the Desiderium set for Warhorns Festival. Annoying jazz chords aside, it's fun to play too

Re: What has made you happy today
That review I wrote a while ago for that magazine has now been printed and is in the shops
I know it's not really much of a big deal, but it's just weird seeing something I wrote being printed on a public magazine. Seeing that made me happy
I shall be doing more soon too!

My 2 disc edition of Paradise Lost's Tragic idol was waiting for me
when I got home
It's been signed too. Bonus!
Plus it looks even better than the pics. Artwork and packaging is rather splendid!

I never kept track of when/whether you lived in Bristol. I knew you worked in the 'keller, like.
Where do you live now?

The new GoT ep wasn't much of a book-rape this time!
I feared that the Reeds were going to be written out of the series, but from the looks of it, they'll just be introduced at the start of series 3.

What lead you to say that?
I used to have a link to a social networking site here but these days you all probably already know who I am.
