Runnings pretty easy for me.

i've decided to walk 27 miles for charity at the end of june, yet to decide quite who to donate for, but it has totally got me on a mind-set for getting fit, started with more than my usual healthy diet and did an unusual amount of exercise today. Just need to cut back on the drinking

One thing I always suggested when I was a coordinator for something called 'Charity Challenge' was that if people wanted to do something but not for our main charity then they should think of something personal to them.

For me it would be the local Hospice because they do great work helping people with cancer and I was glad my nan was in there before she died. A second would be Help for Heroes.

Cheers for the advice Azubi, im thinking something along the lines of either a hospice or teenage cancer trust or something because one of my mates of a mates has just been diagnosed with something bad. But ie, i'll make sure its for a good cause

That review I wrote a while ago for that magazine has now been printed and is in the shops

I know it's not really much of a big deal, but it's just weird seeing something I wrote being printed on a public magazine. Seeing that made me happy
