Successfully making a Caribbean Curry wid Rice an' Pea....mon.
Got the recipes from Levi Roots new cookbook. His recipe for Rice an' Pea allegedly serves four, but in reality, it could serve EIGHT. I'll be making half quantities of that next time.

All right, so I MADE a mistake! ONE MISTAKE!

Re: What has made you happy today
Spending some quality time with my brother and catching up with his missus and my nieces for the first time in months. First time I've actually seen my bro since Christmas due to our work/life patterns permanently conflicting, so good to catch up (even if we did spend it watching old ECW bloodbaths on his big telly )
Later on today will be a post in the WPMOT thread as I will be experiencing the fallout from the two meals I had around there of beef in peppercorn source for tea and the extra large tandoori mix kebab in naan for supper, and these on top of the branflakes I had for breakfast. Should have an arse like the Japanese flag once they've worked their magic

The "Stairway to hell" match between Sabu and Sandman perchance?
