Re: What has made you happy today
Bristol seemed to be a reasonable success.
Went to the Gryphon several times.
Went to the Crown and some cheesy 80's night in the hatchet.
Had a date.
Drank a bottle of wine in the back of a van driving around Bristol with Joe.
Went for cheeseburgers
Near died laughing at this with Tim http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SjOWnLlFMvM
Did some X-mas shopping
Job interview seemed to go well
And my flight home was pretty much dead on time and it didn't fall out of the sky like 99% of the people on board thought it would when we were coming into land..

Beer, roaring fire, and Dominos is on the way!
Re: What has made you happy today
I've had a fantastic day with my loved ones, and the food was absolutely gorgeous. Donald Duck was on TV as usual, and even though we all watch it every Christmas it's still just as hilarious. My sister's boyfriend told us all that he really enjoyed tonight (it's his first Christmas with us), and so it's definitely been successful.

Re: What has made you happy today
Had a few remaining presents to get and couldn't face trawling around Nottingham so waited til I was back in the Fens. For the 2nd smallest city Ely is really quite good for shopping and I found everything very easily and his grannies presents in the first shop I went in. Was nice being in Ely during daytime for the first time in ages though more new places had popped up.
Then went round a good friend's house who I've known for 20 years to have a cuppa chai and catch up as I've not seen him since last Christmas and his mum for a couple of years so got a lovely greeting from her. Been told by my friend that Will and I must go and visit him in London next year before he finishes uni and buggers off travelling again. He was pleased to see me so happy nowadays since I've been with Will (I often ended up in tears round his before because of my ex).
Talking of the lovely Noodeley one, he kindly drove me down to the Fens then spent last night at the flat to keep the cats company whilst I'm away.
Tonight, I've had a lovely evening across the road at a friends house with my sister drinking their booze and eating their cheese and had cuddles with the twin boys who are about 16 months old now.

Brother 'treated' me to a night in the pub for Xmas eve, although I was really not wanting to go to the pub, a mini bar crawl of ale is not a bad way to end the Xmas period, I did gain a bottle of Jack Daniel's in the end, which is never a bad thing! Merry Xmas everyone on the BOA Forum. X

Technically yesterday, but Christmas. I managed to get tickets for the Eagles and I'm chuffed.

Saw some friends from up north had checked in at The Ace Cafe on Facebook, so we went over to go and see them (and grab some breakfast).

Re: What has made you happy today
Work yesterday was so good! I went out the night before so as I was in at 8am I felt like absolute shite and was in the most pathetic mood. Then Christmas lunch started and it was the busiest service I've ever done at that place. We were serving an 8 course taster menu and considering my part is 4 of the 8 courses which I do by myself (the main courses have 4 people running them), it went pretty well! I was rushed off my feet for 3 hours straight and the only feedback I got was positive so i'm rather proud of myself :3
Had the day off today so I've just been organising everything and spent the evening with the bunnies out who are all going mental over their new found freedom.
