I have developed a strange love for Bavarian drinking songs and I now own a stein that is actually the same size as my head.

We had a Bierkeller night at the SU, with this nutty band called The Amazing Bavarian Stompers. There was a lot of standing on benches and waving steins around and singing random Bavarian songs interspersed with the occasional medley of traditional songs and I Am The Music Man, for no real reason.

Reminds me of Six pack, the local rock bar in Weinheim, DE but our nights trade in Bavarian musicage with Manowar.

My birthday tomorrow so I had a few drinkies down the pub last night with a few mates. Always good. Was given a couple of things a day early, including some cash from my mother and a nice big, framed LFC picture with the club crest and words to You'll Never Walk Alone on it from the wife.

I genuinely feel sorry for Newcastle, the rest of the teams deserve to go down, particularly Middlesborough...the fuck supports them anyway? Im also very happy to see the Baggies go down, but Newcastle has colossal support, and im confident they will bounce back up next season if they go down.
