It's funny that we're in July and getting invitations to places for Christmas already, but myself and my family have been invited down to the extended family's place(s). Be the first time that we've collectively been in the same place at the same time (because of me) for probably pushing 15 years. Some of my cousins I haven't even met, and one of them is 10 this year. Sounds bad, but Southend isn't exactly around the corner. I can look at it as an opportunity to top of my accent replacing U's with A's.
