Just got back from the Freshers Fayre, GamingSoc (which I'm the President of) had a really good amount of sign-ups at the time I left, and I got a free roll and sausage from the owner of my regular booze haunt.

Slept in until 2pm so managed to avoid, what would have been, a brutal hangover.

What are you going to be doing? Coming home or what? UK's not that bad, we don't cover up our women which is a plus, unless you live on a council estate.

Bought myself some pretty cushions, a bottle of Gordons and some delicious sushi reduced from £6 down to £2... and I may have a job interview tomorrow

Aye, back to the UK and from there who knows.
I'm at a point right now where I can persue my dreams or stick with fast jets and unless you are dropping the bombs, they aren't as interesting as people who go to air shows seem to think. I think if I don't go for what I want to do then I will regret it 20 years down the line. Ok I might not have as much cash sat in the bank but I will have been doing something I have always wanted to do rather than plodding on pissing about fixing rather expensive toys.
Annnnd at the end of the day if I fail to achieve my dream for whatever reason, I can always fall back on my trade.

Had prospective new folk in for interview at work today. This means they're a step closer to replacing me, which means I'm a step closer to getting my long-promised promotion. Score.

Just found out a new stall is opening in the indoor market selling locally produced microbrewery beers, this is not good news for my wallet

Nice. Would this be the market in Darlington? May have to pay a visit myself.

Just found that my vinyl copies of Celtic Frost's EPs Tragic Serenades and Emperors Return are unscratched and still playable. My neighbors mightn't be as happy as me though.
