But yeah, keep at it. I think there are some training exercises online for those getting started.

One way is by one of the pieces of equipment I use at the gym. It has a pad you put your knees on, and helps you by pushing up with the amount of weight you set, effectively taking that weight off your body. I currently have it on 20kg (probably moving to 15 soon) so I'm doing pull-ups of around 50kg as I'm just under 70kg

Yeah, my brother's gonna show me ways to gradually build up to it. I'm pretty much the same as Hannah though, I'd be happy if I could do one

I am coming down with something I think/hope.

Please still be ill on Friday. PLEASE. 3 years no sickness 100% attendance is killing me. Fuck, I am keen, not that keen. My immune system must be a bunch of SAS white blood cells, purple heart, green berets call them what you will.

Edit 2: Going to listen to Love Over Gold. Fucking adore this album.

Damn you! Where?

WMMHT: I bought a pull up bar! Being able to do pull ups would be the awesomest thing ever.

A very good investment . Pull ups and chin ups are great!

They're great. Just because they're there and you suddenly feel like "ooh I fancy trying a few".

I really fucking want one of these. My mate's got one and it's done wonders for him and his housemate. Trouble is I'm living in a 16th century farmhouse so you can't hook anything on the doorframe.

I'm wearing my new Black Milks, and I finally gathered up enough cojones to buy myself a Kindle Paperwhite :D I've got a lot more money than I thought I would at this point, and I'm allowing myself to get excited about probably moving over this summer. It's felt very much like an out-of-body experience, but that's quite positive as it allows me to distance myself from the stress a little bit. And, 15 days until Rich comes over :D

That sounds brilliant! I recently came back from a three month trip in various worldly places, and it was fantastic.

Listening to Equilibrium for the first time in years. I'd forgotten how uplifting some of it is.
