Finally able to get rid of the BMW! Found a website called sellyourproblemcar.com who've made me an offer for it, a bit less than I'd like because of the outstanding finance, but the amount I'd need to repay is a lot less (about £1500 less) than I'd have to pay if I wanted to get it repaired (and I'd still have the outstanding finance to pay on top of the repair bill if I wanted to get rid of it).

Forgot about the 100€ I had in my passport. I was starting to feel a bit strapped for cash. Missus still has my bank transfer in her account, and need to find a spare day where we can go and visit the lovely people at Sparkasse so I can open my own account. Apart from that, flat is reasonably tidy. Need to take a trip to Kaufland to get rid of all the beer bottles I have accumulated over the last 2 weeks (0,80€ per bottle back) might be able to pay for tomorrows dinner.

I had an amazing weekend at Bloodstock, and while I was sad to leave it this morning I walked away with a smile on my face and some great memories in tow. We've just had pizza for dinner, and I'm spending the evening watching Gone in 60 Seconds.

Would you ever consider purchasing another BMW?
I used to have a link to a social networking site here but these days you all probably already know who I am.

Not on my own wallet, if it was a company car, definitely.

They're absolutely great cars to drive, but expensive to maintain. To keep it healthy you really gotta take it to a BMW specialist or a dealer, and the parts are not cheap.

Home, lying on my bed. I could do with a shower but Idont want to move  bloodstock was awesome, despite a few inconveniences mentioned in the wpyot thread. Just what I needed, really, and no work til Saturday helps.

Picked up a Britta filter flask from Morrisons after testing Rich's one at BOA.

£15 but does come with 4 filters.

Convinced they are good after I filled a regular bottle with water from a plastic water carrier and it tasted plasticy - water from the same carrier in a filter flask tasted pretty pure.

Flats hoovered, bottles returned so I have a whopping €1,60 to spend in Kaufland at some point, which I forgot could have been spent getting a lightbulb for the fucking kitchen but never mind. I might toast all this hard work with a spot of Age of Empires 3.

Just found a huge bruise on my shoulder from when Graeme Randy Blythe'd me into a chair on Sunday.

EDIT: This was meant to be in the 'lol' thread. I'm not a masochist guys, honest.

Adding what made me happy this weekend, one of the awesome members of Sabaton kissed my hand and they were all really nice to me during the signing :D
