To be honest I think it was more a case of my mates saying I wouldn't be able to do it and I felt because I drank a fair bit I had to prove them wrong :P

Also it is much easier going first thing in the morning as opposed to getting ready, then going in afternoon / evening and having to wash / damage hair again. Even though it was chucking it down this morning it was easier to just grit teeth and head there rather than go this evening as I am less likely to go once I'm cosy at home.

WMMHT:
Had a good sort out of junk in bedroom and now I have loads of free space, can find stuff and found things I lost months ago

First day of my course went really well :D (despite the transport system trying to ruin everything for me).
Was chatty and made friends, asked questions when no one else would and then our tutor took us to the pub afterwards and bought us beers all night! Proper looking forwards to the next 12 months of learning all the shit I wanna learn :)

Decided to sleep in and catch the later bus.

As it drove it, I was passed the bus I was going to catch broken down on the side of the road.

Divine blessing of my lazyness.

I'm absolutely over the moon for my Dad today. He's finally bought his dream car, a Honda Legend! :D He's wanted this car right back when he had the cheaper Accord model back in the mid 90's. So he's been a long time admirer of the car and now he finally has one! :D We pick it up on Thursday. It's a 57 plate.

Finally had a damn good catch-up over Skype with my mate who moved to Norway a few months ago. A visit there is further away than I was expecting but that just means I can concentrate on scraping money for other quests in the meantime.

Extended, obviously. The only time I've properly watched the theatrical cut was in the cinema.

I have to laugh at the idea that a Honda Legend would be someone's dream car. Don't get me wrong, they're great cars and the Honda build quality and reliability is fantastic. But a dream car? I can't see that...

You laugh at me because I'm different. I pity you, you're all the same...

I had to Google them as I'm not familiar with Honda ranges, but the interior of the more recent ones looks fairly luxurious, bit like a Toyota Avensis, or a C class Merc or 5 series BMW but with fewer toys.
Who the hell reads anything in sigs these days, unless it's an animated gif?

That's his affordable dream car. His money-no-object dream car is the Bentley Continental GT which will probably still make you laugh. :P
