So I arrived at the hotel in the Lake District for my shift...they're making me feel like a celebrity or something here! They've given me a super fancy room for the night beforehand and are giving me a free 7 course taster menu this evening. The fuck, the last time I checked I'm just a commis...

Plus I have a shift at the Chester Grosvenor on Thursday which has a Michelin Star :D

Trial shift in the lake district was insanely disappointing, however I'm back in Chester (which is beginning to feel like home ?!), just passing time before bed in a nice restaurant (drinkin' alcohol-free beer as i'm driving...) before my shift at the Grosvenor tomorrow :D

Done a fair bit of painting and detailing. Once I masker drybrushing and ink washing I'll be happy!

Sounds like warhammer painting techniques to me!
