Not packing for Bloodstock as I couldn't find anyone to go with and I hated the idea of going on my own. I've got things planned for the weekend but none involve watching Dimmu Borgir.

I couldn't go this time for other reasons, but would've been going on my own, from Wallasey of all places as well. Due to mates having other musical taste or commitments & stuff, I often end up with the choice do I go on my own or just leave it - we definitely need to meet up, because seriously, I'm sure I'll be in that position next year.

I've been to Doncaster once. Got lost and asked 6 different people for directions. Each time we were told we were heading in the wrong direction.

But yeah, meeting up sounds good.

Judging at a battle of the bands in my hometown on saturday night. Travelling 25miles to Belfast afterwards at midnight in torrential rain. Sitting in my house for half an hour before venturing out in the rain to get a bus at 2am to Dublin airport, another 100 miles away. 2 1/2 hours on a bus going the long way round due to the weather. Excited bout flying over for Bloodstock Sunday with Celtic Legacy and then realising my ID was still in Belfast. . . . . . . . . . suffice to say im still in Belfast after a wonderfully cold wet bus journey back home again.

Annoyed YES, Disappointed Yes.
