For ref, I'm taking; English Literature, Chemistry, Biology, Computing, Critical Thinking then some shitty maths course I've got to take, despite getting a B at GCSE.
I'm showing my age now, but what do you study in a 'Critical Thinking' a level?
I don't know properly, hah. But I if you have the grades at GCSE, you can take this instead of key skills so I jumped at the chance.
On the course information sheet for it, it says:
"The specification covers the following areas:
[*]Identifying the elements of reasoning[/*]
[*]Evaluating reasoning of different kinds[/*]
[*]Recognising and evaluatin assumptions[/*]
[*]Assessing evidence and applying principles of evidence to real life situations[/*]"
So I'm assuming it means look at something, analyse it, form an opinion, argue about it.
