So I got put on a till today at work, and I was given an observation to record my customer service skills which I failed with a big RED mark. Three more of them and I lose my job. So I am meant to do my job, and when its busy someone elses job, yet get paid the same as the till staff, AND I have to give an exceptional standard of service to the customers. Advice for everyone, never work in retail.
